Our Mission is to meet the needs of formerly incarcerated individuals by providing holistic services in a safe and supportive environment to empower fresh starts and open new pathways.

  • There are 400,000 Philadelphians with criminal convictions & lasting legal system records.

  • Mass incarceration has increased the US poverty rate by an estimated 20%. A family's chance of remaining low-income is 40% higher if the father is incarcerated.

  • On average, 40% of those released from incarceration re-offend within one year & 65% recidivate within 3 years.
